Services are available by appointment only.

I accept cash, or card for services + gratuity.

Appointment Confirmations

Squarespace confirms your appointment by email, and text 2 hours before your appointment. Keep all information current to be properly notified.

Deposits

A $65 deposit is due at the time of booking. The remainder will be due at your appointment.

Refunds

All services are non-refundable. In the event that you make an error while booking, a refund will be issued minus processing fees.

Rescheduling/Cancellations

If you need to reschedule, a new appointment must be booked with a new deposit. The non- refundable deposit may be credited towards a rescheduled appointment at my discretion.

Appointment Availability

Return clients are able to submit an appointment availability inquiry form if their desired time isn’t available on the calendar at the time of booking. This is the only way to make the request.

Tardiness

If you are 15 minutes late or more to your appointment, your appointment may be canceled.

No Show Policy

If you fail to show up without cancelling, you will be required to pay 100% of the missed appointment, as well 100% of the next appointment in advance.

Health + Safety

I use an EPA-registered, hospital grade disinfectant. My salon tools are also sanitized with the same solution.

If you are feeling unwell, please do not come to the salon. I will not be able to service you. Rebook your appointment for a time when you are feeling better.

Child Safety

For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child may accompany you while you are receiving a service.

Other Circumstances​

Unforeseen circumstances happen to us all. In the event that I need to cancel your appointment, I will make every effort to reschedule it at a time that works for you.

A curly cut is a modern cutting technique used to shape hair on curly hair types. To achieve a curly cut, I use my signature hydrate + define method to set your unique curl pattern. After your curls are set and dried, a shape is created to compliment you.
