    Appointment Confirmations

    Squarespace confirms your appointment by email, and text 2 hours before your appointment. Keep all information current to be properly notified.

    Deposits

    A $65 deposit is due at the time of booking. The remainder will be due at your appointment.

    Refunds

    All services are non-refundable.

    Rescheduling

    Rescheduling requires booking a new appointment with a new deposit. For weekday bookings, I may apply your deposit to a future appointment at my discretion. Weekend deposits, however, are non-transferable and will be forfeited.

    Frequent Changes to Schedule

    I completely understand that unexpected things can come up. However, frequent cancellations or rescheduling affect the availability I’m able to offer all clients. To keep things fair and consistent, both are treated the same in this policy.

    Subscribers: Repeated cancellations/rescheduling of subscription appointments will result in the session being forfeited. Because subscription rates are already discounted, changes impact scheduling more than standard bookings.

    All Clients: After multiple cancellations/rescheduling, full payment will be required to secure future appointments. If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled, that payment will be forfeited.

    If you anticipate frequent changes to your schedule, I recommend submitting an appointment request form a few days prior for last-minute availability rather than booking in advance. This helps us avoid forfeited payments while still ensuring you’re taken care of.

    Return clients may submit a appointment request form by clicking here if their desired time isn’t available on the booking calendar. Requests are managed exclusively through this form.

    Tardiness

    If you are 15 minutes late or more to your appointment, your appointment may be canceled.

    No Show Policy

    If you fail to show up without cancelling, you will be required to pay 100% of the missed appointment, as well 100% of the next appointment in advance.

    Health + Safety

    I use an EPA-registered, hospital grade disinfectant. My salon tools are also sanitized with the same solution.

    If you are feeling unwell, please do not come to the salon. I will not be able to service you. Rebook your appointment for a time when you are feeling better.

    Child Safety

    For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child may accompany you while you are receiving a service.

    Other Circumstances​

    Unforeseen circumstances happen to us all. In the event that I need to cancel your appointment, I will make every effort to reschedule it at a time that works for you.
