    My availability is posted 30 days in advance, and updated daily.

    I accept cash, or card for services + gratuity.

    Additional guests are not allowed at your appointment.

    Appointment Confirmations

    Squarespace confirms your appointment by email, and text 2 hours before your appointment. Keep all information current to be properly notified.

    Deposits

    A $65 deposit is due at the time of booking. The remainder will be due at your appointment.

    Refunds

    All services are non-refundable.

    Rescheduling

    You are able to reschedule yourself online. For weekday bookings, I may apply your deposit to a future appointment at my discretion. Weekend deposits, however, are non-transferable and will be forfeited.

    Frequent Changes to Schedule

    I completely understand that unexpected things can come up. However, frequent cancellations or rescheduling affect the availability I’m able to offer all clients. To keep things fair and consistent, both are treated the same in this policy.

    Nourish & Flourish Members: Repeated cancellations/rescheduling will result in the session being forfeited. Because subscription rates are already discounted, changes impact scheduling more than standard bookings.

    All Clients: After multiple cancellations/rescheduling, full payment will be required to secure all future appointments, and the payment will be forfeited if missed.

    If you anticipate frequent changes to your schedule, I recommend adding yourself to the waitlist a few days prior to your desired date/time, rather than booking far in advance. This helps us avoid forfeited payments while still ensuring you’re taken care of.

    Tardiness

    If you are 15 minutes late or more to your appointment, your appointment may be canceled.

    No Show Policy

    If you fail to show up without cancelling, you will be required to pay 100% of the missed appointment, as well 100% of the next appointment in advance.

    Health + Safety

    I use an EPA-registered, hospital grade disinfectant. My salon tools are also sanitized with the same solution.

    If you are feeling unwell, please do not come to the salon. I will not be able to service you. Rebook your appointment for a time when you are feeling better.

    Child Safety

    For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child may accompany you while you are receiving a service.

    Other Circumstances​

    Unforeseen circumstances happen to us all. In the event that I need to cancel your appointment, I will make every effort to reschedule it at a time that works for you.

    Arrival Details

    North Entrance

    The easiest way to get to the studio. This entrance is located inside the parking lot, just to the right of the patio at the rear of the building.

    Enter the code from your 2-hour appointment reminder text to unlock the door.

    Once inside:

    1. Continue straight until you arrive at the C-Wing elevator on your right. Take to elevator to the 4th floor. Exit the elevator and go through the first set of grey double doors on your right.

    2. Continue down the hall to the end, then turn right. You’ll see a seating area with a large window.

    Colour Theory Beauty is the first studio to the right of the window.

    South Entrance

    Enter through the doors under the Lacuna sign, to the left of the parking lot.

    Enter the code from your 2 hour appointment reminder text to unlock the door.

    Once inside:

    1. Go up the short set of stairs, and turn left.

    2. Continue down the hallway and turn left at the end.

    3. Take the A/B-Wing elevator to the 4th floor.

    Please wait at the double doors and text me when you arrive. I’ll let you in.

    Parking Lot Payments: Be sure to scan one of the QR codes located throughout the parking lot or on the elevator to pay for parking before leaving. Unpaid parking may result in a fine mailed to your home.
